Courses
Montair’s Corporate Training Courses are designed to train career oriented students to become professional pilots in a professional environment. Montair is one of only a small number of schools in Canada to be certified to provide this
type of training. The training is available to individuals
and corporations.
We currently offer three different
integrated programs: Integrated
ATPL, Integrated
Commercial/IR and Integrated
Commercial. Graduates from our integrated programs will
receive
significantly more hours of ground school tuition (depending on which course they are enrolled in) than a student who has received the Commercial Pilot Licence through the traditional training
route.
Each phase of the training has specific goals and tasks that must be accomplished before advancing to the next phase. Therefore, this provides a very structured program, in which your progress is carefully monitored and your training can be adjusted to improve weak areas.
The course itself is subject to regular review by both Montair and Transport Canada and we undergo a quality assurance process at frequent intervals, again guaranteeing the quality of the teaching provided.
Instructors teaching the course have to meet additional experience requirements, thus guaranteeing a high quality teaching environment.
The aim of the course is to provide Montair Aviation students with the skills and knowledge required to be
safe and successful pilots in a commercial operation. Our integrated
programs are advantageous for the student, as they are immersed in a more ‘line oriented’ type of flight
training - and learning about real life commercial operations.
